Is this a security or patrol service?
No. Current services are concierge, administrative coordination, property-condition documentation, vendor access coordination, and aerial visual documentation. They are not guard, patrol, surveillance, alarm-response, investigation, or executive-protection services.
Can services be arranged while I am traveling?
Yes. Travel periods, second-home ownership, contractor access, deliveries, and home-arrival preparation are central use cases. The service plan defines access, emergency contacts, authorization, and communication.
Can you drive or transport my vehicle?
Vehicle pickup and delivery are offered only when the assignment and drivers are properly insured for that activity. Otherwise, SR&P can coordinate appointments and monitor service without operating the vehicle.
Are drone images inspections or engineering reports?
No. They are visual documentation only and do not replace a licensed inspection, engineering review, survey, appraisal, roof certification, or code-compliance assessment.
Do you accept one-time assignments?
Selected one-time assignments may be accepted, but the core service is designed around ongoing monthly retainers and repeat client relationships.
